Project's investment objectives: To concretize the detailed construction planning project of 1/500 scale for Urban area in Van Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district approved by People's Committee of Nghe An province in Decision No. 3598/QD-UBND dated 15 October 2020; - To build a synchronous and modern housing area in Van Thanh commune, ensuring standard requirements on environmental sanitation, security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, urban landscape and social civilization. - To build a system of technical infrastructure, architectural works and landscapes to ensure completeness, connection with other projects in the region, harmony between the new development area and the existing area
Scale of the project investment: 1.2.3.1. Trade and service zone: Including 02 zones with a total land area of 7,464.32m2. 1.2.3.2. Low-rise housing area: Including adjacent houses and villas, located adjacent to urban main roads and internal roads. Total area 93,136.10m2. 1.2.3.3. Green trees and landscapes: Including sports green trees, landscape trees, arranged in the center of the planned land and interspersed in low-rise residential areas. Total area 30,052.88m2. 1.2.3.4. Cultural house: Cultural house No. 1; the area of 637.60m2, the cultural house No. 2, the area is 780.74m2; high floor: 1 floor. 1.2.3.5. Kindergarten: Area 4,174.93m2; high floor: 03 floors. 1.2.3.6. Technical infrastructure area: Area of 3,447.34m2, construction of 1 wastewater treatment station, area of 610.82m2, high floor: 1 floor, and the embankment of drainage canals and returned drainage ditches.
