Công ty TNHH MTV Dịch Vụ Cơ Khí Hàng Hải PTSC (PTSC M&C) có nhu cầu tìm kiếm nhà thầu thực hiện dịch vụ Hạ thủy cho 2 kết cấu Thượng tầng (“Topsides”), 2 kết cấu Chân đế (“Jackets”) và Cọc (“Piles”) của dự án Hai Long Offshore Wind Farm (sau đây gọi tắt là “Dịch vụ”). PTSC M&C xin mời các nhà thầu quan tâm đến Dịch vụ này nộp ý định tham gia đấu thầu theo hướng dẫn dưới đây.
PTSC Mechanical and Construction Co., Ltd. (PTSC M&C) would like to solicit competitive proposals for provision of Load-out services for Topsides, Jackets & Piles of Hai Long Offshore Wind Farm Project (hereinafter called the “Service”). Should any bidder be interested in this Service, please submit its interest and intention to bid in accordance with the below instructions.
1. Tên gói thầu – Name of Service: Load-out service for Offshore Substations Topsides, Jackets & Piles of Hai Long Offshore Wind Farm Project
2. Thời gian dự kiến thực hiện Dịch vụ - Tentative schedule: dự kiến Q4-2023 cho Jackets & Piles và Q1-2024 cho Topsides/ estimated Q4-2023 for Jackets & Piles loadout & Q1-2024 for Topsides loadout.
3. Địa điểm thực hiện Dịch vụ - Work locations: Vũng Tàu, Việt Nam

5. Hồ sơ mời thầu sẽ được gửi tới cho nhà thầu sau khi nhận được email tham gia dự thầu như mục 4 – Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) documents shall be sent to Bidder upon receipt of Intention to bid email as mentioned in Item 4.
6. Thời điểm đóng thầu – Bid closing date & time: 15 giờ, ngày 13 tháng 5 năm 2022 – 15:00hrs13th May 2022 (Vietnam time zone)..
