Investment duration and schedule: Project operation time: 50 years from the time the state granting and leasing land; project implementation progress: 6 years from the date having project investment approval decision. Expected schedule and progress as follows: + Quarter II of the year 2021: Finish the investment preparation phase. + Quarter III of the year 2021: Investment Approval Decision. + Quarter IV of the year 2021: Finish the task of ground clearance compensation, land granting decision and ground preparation for project construction. + From the year 2022 till 2027: investment in some project items; project acceptance and completion then the project being put into operation
