Product consumption plan: Low-rise housing: The investor constructs and completes the exterior of the housing plots to transfer the land use rights, house ownership and land-attached assets to the buyer. Social housing apartment building: The investor conducts construction investment and business in compliance with the Law on Housing and the Law on Real Estate Business. Technical infrastructure works: The investor directly invests in the construction of technical infrastructure of the project in compliance with the approved detailed planning of scale 1/500. After completed the construction, the Investor is responsible for handing over to the local government to organize the management, exploitation and operation according to regulations. - Parking lot: Parking area for low-rise housing: At the houses of households. Project implementation progress: Completing the construction of technical infrastructure works, low-rise houses, social housing apartments: Thirty-six (36) months from the date the Provincial People's Committee signs the decision on land allocation for project implementation. The time for doing business and completing procedures for granting a certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets for buyers is extended by six (06) months compared to the progress of infrastructure construction of low-rise housing and apartment buildings.
