Project's investment objectives: Construction of a new quality urban area suitable to multi-subject and market demand, creating a synchronous and complete technical infrastructure; construction of a high quality urban area of modern style with sufficient comforts; improvement, push up business environment, development of local economy, contribution to push up socio-economic development, reasonable exploitation of urban land resources, creation of an income source for the State’s budget.
Scale of the project investment: 1. Used land area: 486,692.77 m2. (1) Villa: Rough construction and outer finishing of 27 villas on 9,052,61 m2 land area. (2) Row houses: Rough construction and outer finishing of 132 houses on 16,350.94 m2 land area. (3) Garden house: Rough construction and outer finishing of 36 houses on 5,753.68 m2 land area. (4) Resettlement houses: There are 84 houses in total at the plot positions: TDC-1, TDC-2, TDC-3 on total land area of 10,962.05 m2, completed infrastructure, handed over to people for construction in accordance with the approved urban design. (5) Social houses include 840 ones at position of plots: NOXH1, NOXH2 with total area of 32,000.04 m2. (6) Trade and service area: Works are constructed and completed on the trade and service land area of 30,571.77 m2. 2. Transfer of land use right is in the form of subdivisions for sale of plots on land area: 88,366.69 m2 with total 369 plots.
