Project's investment objectives: Invest in the construction of worker housing in Van Trung commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province in order to gradually complete the implementation of the Housing Development Program in Bac Giang province to 2030. Project on development of social housing for workers in Bac Giang province to 2025 and orientation to 2030

Scale of the project investment: In high-rise land lots CT1, CT2 (total land area of 16,146m2): To invest in building 18-storey apartment blocks, total construction area is about 9,800m2, and total floor area is about 119,870m2. - In the green land plots CX1, CX2, CX3, CX4, CX5 (total area of 21,551m2): Build flower gardens, trees, playgrounds, walkways, lawns for the needs of people in the project. - Construct internal roads and parking lots with an area of 22,220m2

Preliminary total project implementation cost: VND 1.218.607.106.000

Compensation, support and resettlement expense: VND 13.509.686.000

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Invest in the construction of works according to the approved planning, in accordance with the approved design project, and the required schedule; have appropriate technology and construction design plans, protect the landscape and environment, conform to natural and social conditions, comply with standards, technical regulations and relevant laws. - Ensuring quality and safety in construction, operation, exploitation and use of works, fire and explosion prevention and fighting, environmental protection, response to climate change; synchronously built in each project and synchronized with technical infrastructure works. - To fulfill financial obligations to the State according to the provisions of law and the requirements of the project.

Other information: The project of investment in Worker Housing for workers in Van Trung commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province is implemented in accordance with the detailed planning approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee in Decision No. 1155/QD-UBND dated 10th December 2020. Currently, the project implementation land has not been cleared, has an area of about 6.09ha; in which includes mainly rice land with about 4.52ha; land for intra-field traffic with 0.67ha, irrigation land with 0.69ha and other land with about 0.21ha.
